About — Aaron Cook · Full Count Insurance Inc.

Aaron Cook · Independent Health Insurance Broker

Most insurance websites look like they were built by a marketing agency that's never actually sold a policy. This one was built by a broker who works the phones every day, and who's still annoyed when a quoting platform asks for the same information twice.

I'm Aaron Cook. I run Full Count Insurance Inc., based in Florida, licensed across 35 states. The "we" on this site is mostly me — and a small office that helps me read intakes, send proposals, and answer your texts at a reasonable hour.

I started in health insurance because the path to it was the path away from something else — and once I was in, I figured out fast that the difference between a great broker and a forgettable one isn't product knowledge. It's whether you actually read what the lead sent you, or whether you grab whichever quote pays the highest commission and call it advice.

Most people I talk to have been quoted before. They've been called five times, six times, ten times. They're tired of brokers who pitch the same plan to every household regardless of fit.

My job is to read your situation, match it to what's actually on the menu, and tell you the truth about which plan fits — including when the answer is "stay where you are" or "this isn't a private-market problem, this is an ACA problem."

The independent broker advantage

I'm independent. That means I don't work for a single carrier, and no carrier writes my paycheck. I'm appointed with 15 carriers across three product lines: ACA Marketplace (Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Molina, Oscar, UnitedHealthcare), private health (UnitedHealthOne, Allstate, Pivot Health), and life insurance (F&G, Foresters, Transamerica).

When I run a quote, I'm running it across all five. The carrier that wins is the carrier that fits your numbers, not the one with the best vacation incentive that quarter. That's not a moral high ground — it's just how the math works when you're to one shop.

If a marketplace plan beats my private-market book on net cost for your household, I'll route you to ACA and help you enroll there. If your spouse has an employer plan that's the right answer, I'll tell you to take it. I'd rather have a 5-minute "you don't need me" call than sell you something that doesn't fit and watch you cancel in 90 days.

Mission

The bar I hold this office to: every lead gets read by an actual person before any plan gets recommended. Every proposal explains what each plan does for your situation, not what the brochure says in general. Every conversation ends with you understanding more than you did when it started.

That's the version of insurance I'd want if I were on the other side of the desk. So that's the version I built.

Credentials

What you can expect

A short intake form (no SSN, no high-pressure follow-up). A real person reading it. Two or three options that fit your situation. A clear explanation of trade-offs. Direct answers to direct questions. A signed enrollment when something actually fits — and "no thanks" without drama when nothing does.

If we talk and decide it's not a fit, you're not on a follow-up list. No drip sequences. No generic ping texts. The next time you hear from us is the next time you reach out.
